ABOUT MOKITO

A Discord bot, built with love, for your community.

Mokito was created in 2026 as a fun summer project by BippyMiester, a solo developer passionate about building tools that just work. Every feature was designed with real Discord servers in mind — no bloat, no paywalls on the basics, just a clean, useful bot that anyone can set up in minutes.

Why Mokito exists

Discord bots today are a mess. They're overly complicated, confusing to set up, packed with features that nobody actually uses, and they often just plain don't work well. After running servers for years and trying every big-name bot on the market, we kept hitting the same walls: paywalls around basic features, dashboards that feel like enterprise software, and feature lists padded with bloat to inflate a marketing page.

So we tried to build something different. Something simple. Something that just works out of the box. Mokito is the result — a beginner-friendly Discord bot that anyone with limited technical knowledge can install, configure, and even modify for their own use. No overengineered setup, no paywall for the basics, no bloat.

Our mission

Three commitments that guide every decision we make.

Not heavily monetized

Mokito is a passion project, not a SaaS startup. Core features stay free. Premium features are additive and clearly optional — never at the expense of the free experience.

Rich, useful features

We pick features because they solve real problems — moderation, tickets, reaction roles, leveling, analytics — not because they look good on a marketing grid. Every module earns its place in the dashboard.

Easy to use and understand

The dashboard is dark-neon themed, mobile-first, and one-handed on a phone. Setup takes minutes, not hours. Anyone can install, configure, and (if they want) modify Mokito for their own server.

CLIMATE COMMITMENT

Premium helps remove carbon

Mokito donates a portion of every Premium subscription to permanent carbon removal through Frontier Climate — an advance market commitment (AMC) that accelerates permanent carbon removal technologies by guaranteeing future demand for them.

The AMC model — borrowed from vaccine development, where it once accelerated pneumococcal vaccines for low-income countries and saved an estimated 700,000 lives — sends a strong, immediate demand signal to researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors: if you can remove carbon permanently, there is a market waiting to buy it. Frontier does not pick winning technologies up front; it lets the most promising approaches prove themselves.

Frontier is run by a dedicated team of technical and commercial experts who vet and source projects on behalf of buyers. Buyers include Stripe, Google, Shopify, Anthropic, Salesforce, H&M, JPMorgan Chase, McKinsey Sustainability, Workday, and Autodesk. Frontier aims to buy more than $1.8 billion of permanent carbon removal by 2040.

Why permanent removal, and not just offsets?

Most climate models, including those from the IPCC, agree that reducing emissions alone won't be enough to avoid the worst effects of climate change. We also need to remove gigatons of carbon dioxide that is already in the atmosphere. Carbon offsets — paying someone to avoid future emissions — don't address what's already up there.

Permanent carbon removal is different. It pulls CO2 out of the air and locks it away for over a thousand years, through approaches like mineralization, biomass burial, and ocean alkalinity enhancement. The technology is early, expensive, and nowhere near the scale required — which is exactly why Frontier's demand guarantee matters.

Durability

Stores carbon for more than 1,000 years — not decades.

Footprint

Uses carbon sinks that don't compete for arable land.

Cost path

A realistic route to under $100 per ton at scale.

Capacity

Could one day exceed 0.5 gigatons of removal per year.

Net negativity

Maximizes net atmospheric CO₂ removed, not gross.

Additionality

Removes carbon that wouldn't have been removed anyway.

Verifiability

Backed by scientifically rigorous, transparent monitoring.

Safety

Meets high standards for compliance and local environment.

How Frontier spends Mokito's contribution

An advance market commitment in three steps — so a dollar donated today becomes real, verified tons removed tomorrow.

1

Demand is aggregated

Companies like Mokito commit an annual carbon-removal budget. Frontier pools those commitments into one large demand signal that suppliers can build toward.

2

Suppliers are vetted

Frontier's technical team evaluates suppliers against its eight criteria. Early-stage companies get prepurchase agreements; larger ones get offtake contracts for future tons at an agreed price.

3

Carbon is removed

When tons are actually removed and verified, suppliers get paid and the removal credits flow back to buyers. No delivery, no payment — the incentive is real.

Every Premium subscription helps push that cycle forward. No middlemen, no greenwashed offsets — just permanent, verified carbon removal.
