Payment Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

This Payment Policy explains how Mokito Premium subscriptions are billed, managed, and cancelled. By subscribing to Mokito Premium, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Payment processor

All Mokito Premium payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles payment method collection, storage, billing, invoicing, and subscription management. Mokito does not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, bank account details, or full billing addresses on its own servers.

Stripe's terms and policies apply to the payment portion of your subscription: Stripe Consumer Terms, Stripe Privacy Policy, and Stripe Cookie Policy.

2. What you are buying

Mokito Premium is a recurring subscription that unlocks premium features for a single Discord server. Each subscription is tied to exactly one server and cannot be transferred to a different server.

  • Monthly: $9.99 billed every month.
  • Semi-Annual: $53.95 billed every 6 months (10% off monthly).
  • Annual: $95.90 billed every year (20% off monthly).

Prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise shown.

3. Who can subscribe

Only the verified Discord owner of a server may purchase or manage Mokito Premium for that server. Server managers, support team members, and other roles cannot start, change, or cancel the Premium subscription. You must have a valid payment method accepted by Stripe.

4. Billing cycle and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Renewal charges are processed using the payment method stored in Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry according to its dunning schedule and may place the subscription in a past-due state.

5. Changing plans

You may switch between Monthly, Semi-Annual, and Annual plans from the Premium page or the Stripe billing portal. Plan changes are applied without proration and take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will be charged the new plan rate at the next renewal; no immediate charge or credit is issued.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Premium page or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period. After that date, Premium features will be disabled for that server.

7. Refunds

All payments are final. Mokito does not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits for unused time, or prorated refunds when you cancel or downgrade a subscription. Exceptional refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion only in cases of demonstrable billing error or fraud.

8. Disputes and chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension of Premium features for the associated server. We reserve the right to contest disputes and recover fees through Stripe.

9. Changes to pricing or policy

We may change subscription prices or this Payment Policy. Price changes apply only at your next renewal after notice is provided through the Service or by email. Existing subscriptions continue at the current rate until renewal.
