- Discord account identifiers (e.g., user ID, username, avatar, locale).
- OAuth account details needed for authentication and session management.
- Guild-level operational data (e.g., module settings, moderation logs, ticket records).
- Payment metadata when you subscribe to Mokito Premium, including Stripe customer, subscription, and price identifiers linked to the guild that was upgraded.
- Technical metadata (e.g., timestamps, error logs, request diagnostics).
We do not collect, store, or process full credit card numbers, bank account details, CVV codes, or other PCI-sensitive data. All payment information is handled by Stripe.
2. How We Use Information
- Authenticate users through Discord login.
- Provide requested bot features (moderation, ticketing, role automation, analytics, and Premium features).
- Process and maintain Premium subscriptions via Stripe, including associating a subscription with the correct Discord server.
- Protect platform security, prevent abuse, and diagnose incidents.
- Maintain reliability, auditability, and performance improvements.
3. Payment Data and Stripe
Mokito uses Stripe, Inc. to process payments for Mokito Premium. When you subscribe, Stripe collects and stores the payment information needed to complete transactions, manage billing, and handle invoices.
We store only the minimum metadata required to link your Stripe customer, subscription, and price IDs to the upgraded Discord server. We never store your card number, CVV, or full billing address on our servers.
Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's own
Privacy Policy.
4. Legal Basis and Consent
We process data to provide requested services, meet security obligations, and satisfy legitimate operational
interests. Where required, your use of the Service constitutes consent to this processing. Subscribing to Mokito Premium constitutes consent to share billing metadata with Stripe for payment processing.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with infrastructure providers, logging systems,
Stripe for payment processing, and legal authorities when required to operate the Service or comply with law.
6. Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, security, support, and legal obligations.
We may periodically remove or anonymize stale records. Stripe billing records are retained according to Stripe's policies.
7. Security Measures
We apply industry-standard safeguards including access controls, transport security, least-privilege practices,
and monitoring to reduce unauthorized access risk. Stripe handles payment data under its own PCI-compliant infrastructure.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data.
You may also revoke access by removing Mokito from your server, disconnecting login sessions, or cancelling your Premium subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Because billing records are maintained by Stripe, payment-related deletion requests may need to be directed to Stripe as well.
9. Children’s Privacy
Mokito is not intended to be used in violation of Discord age requirements. We do not knowingly collect data
from users who are not permitted to use Discord under applicable rules.
10. International Processing
Service infrastructure may process data in multiple regions. By using Mokito, you acknowledge potential
cross-border data processing as needed for platform operation, including payment processing through Stripe's global infrastructure.

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions are effective upon publication on this page.
