Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Access

You must comply with Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines to use Mokito. You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord account and for maintaining access security.

2. Service Scope

Mokito provides moderation, ticketing, reaction role, leveling, logging, analytics, automation capabilities, and optional paid Premium features for individual Discord servers. Features may change over time as we improve reliability, security, and platform compatibility.

3. Payments and Premium Subscriptions

Mokito Premium is an optional, recurring subscription tied to a single Discord server and billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected plan amount on the schedule shown at checkout.

• Only the verified owner of a Discord server may purchase or manage Premium for that server.
• Each subscription covers exactly one server. Separate servers require separate subscriptions.
• Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle; no prorated charges or credits are issued.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or partial refunds for unused time.
• We reserve the right to suspend Premium features if payment fails or fraud is suspected.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card and billing details are processed and stored by Stripe, not by Mokito. Stripe's terms apply to the payment portion of the transaction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mokito to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or Discord platform rules.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten users.
• Run spam campaigns, phishing, malware, or malicious automations.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, tokens, or data.
• Interfere with platform uptime, performance, or security.

5. Guild Administrator Responsibility

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Mokito is configured in their guilds, including moderation thresholds, ticket handling policies, message retention choices, staff access controls, and payment obligations for Premium.

6. API and Automation Limits

We may enforce rate limits, command restrictions, module quotas, and anti-abuse controls to protect platform stability. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend abusive usage patterns.

7. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process data, including payment-related metadata handled by Stripe. By using Mokito, you acknowledge and agree to those practices.

8. Availability and Disclaimer

Mokito is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absolute availability, or error-free functionality under all Discord/API/network conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mokito and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to use of the Service. Liability for paid subscriptions is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, security incidents, legal requirements, or actions that risk platform integrity. Subscription fees are not refunded upon termination for cause.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting pricing or refunds will be communicated through the Service or by email where available.
