Owner / Manager Dashboard
The full administrative dashboard the server owner and managers see when they open a server — every configuration page, every setting, and the Refresh Data control.
Overview
When you are the owner of a server (the person who created the Discord server) or you have been added as a manager, the Open Dashboard button on your My Servers page opens the full guild dashboard. This is the complete administrative surface: every configuration page, every setting, and the Refresh Data control.

What it is
The Owner / Manager Dashboard is the full Mokito dashboard for a server. It has the fixed header, breadcrumb, sidebar, and scrollable content area shared by every dashboard type, but unlike the support team, moderator, and member dashboards, the sidebar lists every module the bot offers for that server. There is no hidden section and no read-only restriction — owners and managers can open and change any setting.
Owners and managers see the same dashboard. There is no separate "owner-only" dashboard view. The server owner and every assigned manager see the identical set of pages and can change the identical set of settings. The only distinction is that the owner can add and remove managers; a manager cannot add or remove another manager.
Who sees it
You see the Owner / Manager Dashboard when your highest role in the server is Owner or Manager. The role precedence rule always applies — if you also hold a lower role (Support Team, Moderator, or Member), the higher Owner/Manager dashboard is what you see.
The dashboard
The sidebar shows the server icon and name (labelled "Guild"), then every module the bot offers. The order is:
- Overview — the server stat cards and channel layout.
- Premium — the Mokito Premium subscription page for this server.
- XP & Levels (collapsible) — Coin Flip, Counting, Daily, Guess the Word, Invite Tracker, Rewards, Trivia, Settings.
- Steam Links — the list of members who have linked their Steam account.
- Fun — per-guild on/off toggles for the bot's fun slash commands.
- Logging — server event log destinations.
- Members (collapsible) — Managers, Member List, Moderators, Support Team.
- Moderation (collapsible) — Commands, Logs, Reports, Settings.
- Notifications (collapsible) — Auto Message, Highlights, Join / Leave, Reminders.
- Pokémon — per-guild toggles and channel restrictions for the Pokémon slash commands.
- Roles (collapsible) — Auto Roles, Reaction Roles.
- Steam Games (collapsible) — Free Games Feed, Patch Notes, Sales Tracker.
- Social Alerts (collapsible) — Kick, Twitch, YouTube.
- Tickets (collapsible) — Panels, Ticket History, Settings.
- Utility (collapsible) — Embed Builder, Polls, Pinned Messages, Voice Roles.
- Bot Settings — the per-server bot identity and announcements channel.

Overview page
The Overview page is the landing page of the dashboard. It shows:
- Premium banner — if the server is on Premium, a thank-you banner with a "Manage Premium" link; if not, an upgrade banner listing the Premium features and a "View Premium plans" link.
- Guild Overview widget — four primary stat cards (Members, Roles, Channels, Categories) and four ticket stat cards (Open, Closed, Deleted, Open Rate). The member count shows active and former members separately when they differ.
- Refresh Data button — opens a modal that lets you sync specific pieces of data from Discord (Channels, Roles, Members, Member Roles, Guild Info) or Refresh All at once. Each sync respects a 60-second cooldown.
- Channel Layout widget — a three-column view of the server's channels, grouped by category, with standalone and orphaned channels listed separately. Each channel shows an icon for its type (text, voice, stage, forum, announcement, category).
Refresh Data is owner/manager only. The Refresh Data button and the cooldown indicator are only visible to owners and managers. Support team and moderator dashboards show the same stat cards but without the refresh control — they see the numbers from the last refresh an owner or manager ran.
Quick links
The bottom of the sidebar has three Quick links: Home (the public site homepage), My Servers (back to the server list), and Documentation (this docs site, in a new tab).
Limits & Edge Cases
- Full access. Owners and managers can open and change every setting on every page. There is no read-only restriction on this dashboard.
- Refresh cooldown. Each Discord data sync (Channels, Roles, Members, Member Roles, Guild Info, or Refresh All) respects a 60-second cooldown. The button is disabled and a countdown is shown while the cooldown is active.
- Role precedence applies. If you are both Owner/Manager and a lower role, you see this dashboard, not the lower role's dashboard.
- Owner vs. manager. Both see the same pages and can change the same settings. The only difference is that the owner can add and remove managers; a manager cannot manage the manager list.
- Per-server. Being the owner or a manager for one server grants no access in any other server. Each server's owner and manager list is independent.
- Revocation is immediate. Removing a member from the manager list takes effect on their next dashboard load — they lose the Owner / Manager Dashboard and fall back to whatever lower role they hold (or nothing, if they are not a member).
- Bot removed from server. If Mokito is removed from a server, the dashboard is no longer accessible for that server. The server may still appear in your My Servers list with a "Bot removed" badge until it is cleaned up.
